I recommend keeping the wake up tracks getting up and moving about. I don't recommend following with different tracks from different Paraliminals too soon. Let the mind integrate what you learned it may or may not need another Paraliminal.
Like painting the you need to let the bottom coat dry applying the second coat too soon just moves the previous coat around.
If you want to extend the Paraliminal listening session just repeat the sleep learning track as often as desired.
