I have had a toothache for 4 days. Aspirin fixes the problems for a few hours, but it is not the solution. The dentist, without seeing me on this occasion, recommended antibiotics, as she usually does, although she knows I won't take them as I believe their side effects far outweigh their benefits. When I have any health problem, I see my acupuncturist. So I did this morning, but so far no clear relief from the pain.
Last night, I tried Perfect Health, but got very restless while listening to it so I stopped. A few minute ago I decided to dowse which Paraliminal in my Ultimate You library would be best for my toothache. The response, which I think is unbiased since I have no preference for any Paraliminal in particular, was New History Generator. So I am going for it. I see the merit of this choice as I tend to be in resistance alot about issues at work. I do use Holosync almost every day for 60 or 90 mins when I wake up in the morning.
I read through the New History Generator booklet. I found that in no part of it there is any mention when to move from Part A to B. So my questions is: how will I know when I will have listened to Part A long enough to move to B? Also, once I have listened to Part A several hours before bed, can I just listen to the Sleep Track on continuous while I am falling asleep or do I need to listen to Part A again, then put my iPod on continuous and fall asleep?
Thanks!
