Three months ago I started using Ideal Weight but I haven’t been persistent. The first time I used it for 7 days, get some results but then I didn’t use it until a month later but again, I used it for just 6 or 7 days. Because I didn’t do it the right way since the beginning, I have the sense that I must start over again, but I don’t know if it would be a good idea to deliver the same message to my subconscious mind over an over again. I’ve been with my old eating habits, so my question here is: should I continue with the next step, which is just listening to session A and B once a week or is it convenient to start over again?

Also, I’ve been on a off diets for a long time losing and gaining weight and I’m getting sick of it, and it’s been worse lately, because I’ve been procrastinating a lot to start dieting again. This is maybe because I know that I’ll have to be eating foods that I don’t really like, the healthy foods like fish, chicken and vegetables, for example. The simple fact to know that I’d been eating foods that I’m not used to, and that there would be times when I’ll be hungry is what I think keeps me from overcoming this problem. Another thing is that when I’m not dieting I eat all of the bad foods, like fast and junk food, like thinking “I have to eat this before I start again…”, and the days, months and years pass by…

I know the Ideal Weight approach is different from a diet, but most of the problem stands with eating the healthy foods, which I REALLY, REALLY WANT to enjoy. What can I do to like healthy foods? Which paraliminal should I use for this matter? New Behavior Generator or perhaps New History Generator, being that this has been a problem for quite sometime?

I also need to start exercising, but is the same problem: I haven’t been persistent, and I want this to become a habit.

I just received the Natural Brilliance Course, would this be better to use for my problem?

Please help me out, I REALLY NEED to lose the weight for good.

Thanks a lot.

Use New history Generator to change your preference toward your desired food choices. New Behaviour Generator can help keep them there.

Listen to Ideal Weight, Day one Session A Day 2 Session B then listen weekly if that's waht you prefer.

Thanks from me also, Alex:

Initially, I GAINED 10 pounds listening to Ideal Weight (my initial goal was to actually lose 70 pounds ). I had been using Self-Esteem Supercharger with it, as I felt a lot of my issues revolved around that, but obviously they are something else. So I'm going to re-do the 8 days with Ideal Weight (it's been almost a month since I listened to anything), and use New History and New Behaviour Generators to see if I can dislodge the programming that seems to be keeping me fat.

(Weight is a major issue in our family - my Mom is 80 yo, still weighs in over 300 lbs. - she has Yo-yo'ed up and down 100 lbs. about 4 times in last 40 years, and my daughter now weighs in at 270 lbs. . I'm hoping I can show her that she can lose the weight using the paraliminals - so although I have less weight to remove, if I can do it, she just might as well - my Mom's a lost cause, as she won't have anything to do with something that even remotely suggests hypnosis).

Also, someone on the Centerpointe forum suggested that perhaps my use of Holosync (On AL2, CD2 currently) was interferring with my using the Paraliminals - creating too much overwhelm for me (although I'm the type that just shoves my way through overwhelm - acknowledge it and get on with life sort of thing).

So, any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers!
Unis

Hey, at 80 who is to say that maintain a steady if rather heavy weight by normal concensus is really that bad?

More people die of heart attacks after running around the age of 40.

And yes, weight often has other emotional, historical and programming issues around it. Maybe between us we can figure out which Paraliminals we need to work with to help to develop the healthy intuitive eating approach.

Four Paraliminals and a manual would be neat huh?

Yes, a course, including the Ideal Weight CD, would probably be helpful to many.

Thanks for your encouragement. My Mom is probably past helping, but my daughter and I are still in the running.

I have PM'd you with a few questions, as not sure they quite fit the thread.

Best regards,
Unis
