There are alot of supplements out there such as focus factor, brain gain, colloidal gold, becalm'd, brain lightning, etc. that claim to make concentration and other mental abilities ehanced and easier to access, does anyone here have any experience with any of these and do they work?

I've taken various supplements over the years. DMAE, ginkgo, piracetum, to name a few.

Hard to measure the effects objectively.

One reasonable resource seems to be www.lef.org at least for relying on rigorous scientific studies.

By far and away the best supplement for the mind is galantamine. It's imported from Europe. One brand name is called Galantamind. It has also been tested with amazing results on Alzheimer's patients.

Check out software programs like ThinkFast and BrainBuilder for achieving concrete results. One place to buy them is at http://www.toolsforwellness.com/

Use it or lose it!
