Paraliminals don't create overwhelm. I've not had people tell me that the situation they were working on got worse. They do experience a leveling off and then the problems appears to have returned. This is usually a move to the next level of dealing with the problem. Going backward... not that anyone has asked me about.
All the Paraliminals come with a booklet that tells you how to use them. If ever you get stuck or need help finding a way to use them to deal with a problem you can contact us. We have the forum and coaching available if needed.
