Hi,

I have a friend who has a family member with manic depression.
Would you think Paraliminals might be of some help and if so, which ones might be suggested to try ?

Cheers and thanks for any suggestions
Martin

I think that would be better off coming from a professional. Their carer would need to know and monitor the case. For possibilities I suggest the carer look at Anxiety-Free, New Options Generator, New Behaviour Generator and Self-Esteem Supercharger.

Having more background information in the case the carer might also consider a few others. In all cases I suggest the professional listen first so they know what the subject is listening to.

Each individual can have a unique reaction/response to the Paraliminals in the end trying them a couple of times to test the response is the way to see the real result. But if the individual has a favourable response I suggest another as well, Deep Relaxation.
