Sorry if this is answered in the tape course but I couldn't find the answer anywhere!! Firstly, must you debrief if you are only imagestreaming for fun/practice to get the benefits from it, if you have no intention of interpreting it? Secondly, is it necessary to write down everything in as much detail as possible, or would a quick mind map of the important details be enough? Because at the moment, debriefing is taking far longer than the actualy image streaming process, although I must say the benefits of it have been amazing.
