I followed the AFL course step by step to what I felt was excellent effect. There was then an 8 day interruption. Since then I have bounced around listening to this and that aiming to establish what would be the best approach. I don't feel I am back on track. Any advice?

I have not gone the whole way through the course yet myself, but I'm guessing that you don't have to really start over.
The core I think is the Feeling Exercise - use that morning and night. Try the Inquiry process on a couple of things that may be bugging you to re-acquaint yourself with that too. Once you're back remembering what those two things are all about again, do CD2 (or CD3) which is the paraliminal that program yourselfs to automatically use those two.

If you have the Deluxe version of the course, and you haven't listened to Bobbie Stevens' interview yet, get that into your cd player right away and play it. It, itself, convinced me I have to get her book, even though her 7-step system is already integrated into the course. Her story of how she simply decided that she will buy herself two townhouses and a new car, and then she did special breathing, stretching and meditation exercises to rid herself of stress, which made it possible for her to listen to intuition which told her to be a real-estate agent, though this wasn't her background at all. She made, in the first year, the exact amount of money that allowed her to buy the two townhomes, furnish them, and also the nice car.

I'm sure you will get better advice.
Just remember to stay in the NOW, which means you stay out of the trance!

Daily you want to look at your goals.
Your goals are what you really want to work on. So make sure you take them one at a time and set them into action with the Seven Step Creative Process. That can take a day or more for each. Remember you'll do the visualisation for them daily and the Labrynith Paraliminal for getting intuitive responses as to what is the next step at least once. (use it again when you've stalled on the goal).

Remember Solutions Focus. What's the most desireable out come you're looking for.

Do the feeling exercise often throughout the day. It's can be a powerful experience to go with and into the feeling when you experience a situation where you would normally rage with anger, frustration or just react. (Talking from experience here. Interesting experience I might tell it sometime.)

Do the Inquiry Process often. It can help you unblock issues that are holding you back from your personal goals (or help you see that they are not really your goals). You know you got it a habit when you have a thought and you hear yourself asking "Is it true?"

My recommendation is to listen to CD 3 often so that you can do the visualisation with confidence.

After about 3 weeks you might consider working through the CDs in order again as if you haven't listened before.

Hi Alex,

When you refer to CD #3, which CD are you referring to? "The Mind techniques", or the "Know your Truth"?

Thanks
