Thank you Philip for bringing this topic up. Even though I'm knew to this board, "resisting resistance" is something I have been struggling with as well.

I deeply appreciate Alex's post in regards to (if I'm understanding correctly) "dropping judgment" about recognizing resistance. Recognizing anything, including resistance, has been helpful to me with the added thought of dropping judgment about the awareness. This creates a new cycle:
Awareness (Dropping Judgment: No right/wrong, good/bad, not enough, etc. just "I am now here.")
leads to a
Choice (again judgment must be dropped on the choice)
which leads to an
Experience (which again requires dropping judgment) based on the Choice. This creates an opportunity for learning and growth (more Awareness) and simply restarts the cycle of Learning and Growth.

I still find myself, even when attempting this approach, judging my resistance (and the taking the next step: judging my judgment). This just fuels my frustration, overwhelm and dissapointment. When I shift to "I am now here." with a sense of great gratitude and relief for knowing I am now here, I feel that I can accept resistance without judgment, which has then allowed great opportunities of flowing abundance and choices to be made.

Maybe this will be of some assistance in realizing that the process may seem "Complex" (which the very word creates a judgment), and allows it to just BE.
