For any student, we would recommend Personal Genius before studying, reading, going to class, etc. and Memory Supercharger after the session or at the end of the day.
Other Paraliminals to consider for the circumstances you are describing would be Focus and Concentration, Peak Performance, Power Thinking and/or 10 Minute Supercharger. If there are doubts about the capacity to focus and do well, Belief is a real work horse and you might also consider Fresh Start or Letting Go along with Automatic Pilot and Self-Discipline.
