Forums Thread Like Summary - coaching sessions for Abundance for Life?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to go through the Abundance for Life course using the "results supercharger" approach but I'm a bit confused as to which ones are the "coaching sessions" in the Prelude and Main Course sets that Paul refers to in the course manual, as there are no CDs with such titles. Was he referring to just CDs 1 and 2 for each of the aforementioned sets?

The sessions that are not Paraliminals and contain the course content are considered to be "coaching sessions."
