I will now go through them the second time and this time I will do the exercises as required.

I have a questions. My question is this...Which would be the best order to maximize the benefits of the Personal Learning Courses.

I know the answer most people would say is "Depends on what you want to accomplish" yet I would like to know what method has worked best so that as is said in NLP, I can model that behavior for maximum effectiveness.

You answered your own question "Depends on what you want to accomplish"

To maximize benefits, you would have been better off doing the exercises when they first were mentioned in the course. Now you'll have some work to do to overcome false expectations based on thinking not experience.
