Instead of using the mental photograph for relaxing during image streaming can I use the 3-2-1 technique I learned from the photoreading course?
In my opinion, it would be fine. As long as you get deeply relaxed. Maybe do the 3-2-1 technique and then do the mental photograph?
Experiment with it, see how it goes. If you find that it works for you, then by all means do it.
Use the imagery from the course. The idea is to start using all of your senses. It helps for the Image streaming and gets you out of the same old neural networks. So breathe those delicious velvety breaths
