If a person actual birthdate defers from the birthdate on records, which one should be used for detemining the KUA number?

Hi Sue,

You should use the actual birth date. However, would it really make that much difference? The kua number is based on the birth year, so unless you were born close to Feb 4, then there really shouldn't be much ambiguity.
