Am about 5 weeks into my Feng Shui, learning a lot, steadily decluttering, cleaning and activating - am onto Level 3 now and have just done my floor plans.

I have 4 disaster stars, 2 conflict and an illness in the 20 yr period and in the yearly, I have 1 disaster, 1 conflict, 1 illness and 1 violence.

2 of my disaster stars for 20yr period are in the kitchen which I understand will not need any cures however upstairs, 1 is in a bedroom which I will need to cure and the other one covers both the bedroom - (the same bedroom) and the bathroom, half and half (southeast)

My question is does the second star need to be cured or is the fact that part of the bathroom is in this area enough to flush away disaster energy? Thanks in advance,

Hi luckyjo,

I think it's still a good idea to place cures in kitchens because you prepare the food you eat in this sector. Even though the energy is suppressed a little I feel it's a good idea to make sure.

If you have a disaster star in one half of the bathroom then you have another room which covers the other half - in this case I would put a cure in the other room and let the bathroom fulfil its purpose smile - I don't think you need a cure in a bathroom.

All the best,
Astrid
