I'm not sure what you're trying to activate, but unless these figures are really big, I would probably put them on some kind of pedestal or table. To me, it would feel somewhat disrespectful to have smaller ones on the floor. How does it feel to you?

I don`t know. They aren`t very big. They are for general activation of NW direction.

So no on the floor.

I would think not, but if you're in doubt, muscle test to see which would be energetically stronger - on the floor or elevated.
