Hi,

I recently bought the HFNR book and was very very impressed by it. I found tons of useful information. I have the HFNR paraliminal as well. I am thinking whether I should get the audio course as well.

I am absolutely sure that HFNR personal learning course would be awesome as well. But I would like to know:

1. What is difference between the content of book and personal learning course?
2. What additional benefits would I derive from the course, given that I already have gone through the book?

Thanks a lot.

The course takes you through doing. Books are often just read with great intention. The listening and doing as well as working with the manual encourages faster progress.

Are there any HFNR support groups in the SF East Bay area that I can join? The posts here are very old frown

Not that I know of. If you. Have any questions, you can ask on the Happy for No Reason forum.
