I have an amazing experience to share and a question to ask.

The amazing experience with Aura Seeing practice I had was I saw a beaming ball between my palm earlier today.

I was taking a bath and practicing 4-4-4-4 breathing. I pulled my palms facing each other but not touching each other. I pulled them apart and the distance between my palms was 5-7 cm. After about 4 minutes of 4-4-4-4 breathing and gazing, I saw a red light covering both of my hands and I saw an "energy ball" between my palms.

The ball was about 3 cm in diameter big. It repeatedly shifted colours from purple, yellow to red. It was really cool.

My question is, why am I seeing this? What does this mean and what can I get out of this "energy ball?"

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Check out Psionic energy. Energy balls can be fun. And yes they can be useful. Congratulations on seeing it. You don't need to see it to have fun with it.

I am actually on my day 23.

The other cool thing is that when I do the 4-4-4-4 breathing and shift my sight focus to peripheral in my room, I saw my room filled with green mist.
