Hi,

I'm participating in Jeddah's Freedom 101 course and enjoying it thoroughly. I've also completed the Seeds of Enlightenment course. A few days ago, I received Infinite Grace and Embracing Freedom in the mail. Im curious and excited to start practicing these meditations but am wondering if I should hold off until I finish Freedom 101. Do you have any suggestions on how (or if) I should combine these programs? Would it be Thanks for your help.

I would definitely move forward with the Changing the Paradigm series while continuing to participate in the Freedom 101 course. You will find the insights shared in the Freedom 101 course will support and enhance your experiences with the Embracing Freedom and Infinite Grace meditations.
