I just purchased the program does not seem to work on my ipad.

If you're using an iProduct, you need to download the audios to a computer and transfer it to the iProduct using iTunes. If you have internet connection with your iDevice you can log into your library with your browser and listen to the streaming files. If you're having difficulty listening to the streaming file, try a different browser.
