Hey I was wondering if the dream play paraliminal increases one's chance of lucid dreaming? I have always been looking for something that will do so effectivily?

I can remember my dreams from every night, and write them down now, but I cant seem to remember im in a dream. I've been listening to two times a week, for about 1 month, but its getting better, because last night I requested a dream about something, and I had that dream.

I wake up on the weekends about 7, then go back to sleep, and thats when I have a lot of dreams.
That's good to know. Is it a once in a while thing or do you have lucid dreams all the time as long as you use that paraliminal?
