I am sure some of you have noticed that certain posts have been deleted. When someone comes to post on each forum with rude comments, personal attacks, and a lousy attitude, an attitude that means to ruin it for people who are trying to learn from others' experiences, then they need to find another outlet for their anger. We are here to help with advice or offer advice but, as Pete has stated in the past, insults are not welcome.

We appreciate everyone's kindness and cooperation and sincerely apologize for those people who attempt to interfere with the nature of the forum.

I for one learn a lot from this forum. Learning Strategies, in my opinion, they are doing this to help. They do not have to do this, they can shut it down and just offer help over the phone or no help period. If they are nice enough to do this and also give info over the phone, don't you think that the people who use this forum and others by LSC should show them and the other people on this board respect and do not bad mouth people or the product.
