THANKS Learning Strategies Team I look forward to having a success story
Thats awesome CPW1. I just recently stumbled onto LS and purchase a few paraliminals myself. I don't have any success stories yet, but your post has encouraged me to continue and see what happens.

Congratulations CPW1. That is a very nice thing to change. It is ver interesting that you used the SES for about 28 days and noticed the results becuase it takes about 30 days to create a new habit.

It is also important to not be worried about the results, to just let the seed grow. Keep this attitude and you will change the entire direction of your life in a positive way.

Force negates every time. It gets easier to relax and to let things happen with experience. When that time comes life becomes much easier and more fluid.

May your journey be prosperous,

Congratulations, indeed!

I will add my success stories as they happen. I do feel like I am making progress, albeit incremental.

Thanks for sharing and opening up this thread.

It seems to be called the MotivAider. It goes for about $50-$60. Some of the Google hits mention Paul and Pete raving about this, among others.

I think I want one. It is basically a small device that vibrates at whatever interval one sets. You pick a mental "message" or reminder and then associate it with the MotivAider's going off.

For example, it could be something as simple as "smile more". And then you set it for, say, every 20 minutes, and every time you feel the vibrations (like that of a pager), you smile.

It could be something like "relax" and you could set it for every 10 minutes.

It could be something as complicated as "I am worth taking care of myself" or "I manifest financial abundance far beyond my needs" and then you set it for a few times a day (say (every 3 hours) to remind you of that.

Or it could be something like "I am in the Universe, the Universe is in my body, the Universe and I are one" and you set it to go off as often as you like to remind you.

It looks like it can be set for intervals (even as little as one per day) or it can also be programmed to go off at random intervals. You can program how it "beeps" (vibrates), i.e. in a steady stream or in series of shorts "blasts".

It seems like it is used a lot in schools (especially for teachers of special ed) for all kinds of issues and problems. Teachers can use it both for students as well as for themselves (e.g. "remember to be patient with these students").It is on a lot of AD(H)D and helping with procrastination sites. I even found a hit on a site devoted to autism.

So it can be used to go off every 20 minutes to remind those of us with ADD to switch tasks. Or to remind us to do something that needs to be done. Or to limit habits or time wasting etc etc etc.

Yes, I think I could use one of these. I concur: LS could sell these.

I use my motivaider just to focus on one goal(issue). In when I acheive it I will get papers in post it.The reason I am going to get paper because everyone(including doctors) are saying it can not be done, but my faith is telling me it can be be done. I am not going to post it my goal (issue)until it manifest because I do not want to hear anything from unbelieving, doubtful people with no faith because I know in my heart if I would have kept my mouth shut I would have healed myself already. I messed up in told people they did nothing but try to sow doubt in my head and laugh at me but through it all I kept believing at the same time someone was saying I am wasting my time but we will see who has the last laugh.

shakurav go ahead buy the motivaider it is worth it.

i noticed that lot's of people are saying "I just started my Paraliminals, so I'll write about my success stories when they happen". I'm in this boat as well, however, while I was waiting for the New Options Generator Cd (amoungst others)to arrive in the mail I began to mentally prepare myself for thinking of different solutions to a few problems that presented themselves. (I guess that is part of the Law of Attraction, if you think of it, it will become more noticable.)In expectation of recieving the Instantanious Personal Magnetism Cd, I began to feel more "outgoing" and even made a new friend in the new church i joined. I am begining to realize these Cds are extra tools designed to help us bring out our best traits, rather than a magical solution to our problems, since most of our abilities are already within us in the first place. I'm glad to be a part of this program, anyway, and I hope I can share a "breakthrough" in the future.

How different is the MotivAider from a normal kitchen timer for cooking? You pre-set it on so many minutes.... then again on the same after it goes off? I am sure kitchen timers are cheaper than MotivAiders. They are not as fancy though. The MotivAider can probably keep the pre-setting the minutes you decide for your motivational message to be repeated.

It is a small pager like timer that fits in your pocket. you set it for a certain amount of time from 1 min to 24 hrs. I set my MotivAider on 10 min to keep me focused on one thing.

I have a great story about my 12yo son and "Talking to Win"

Dale has always been a unconfident talker and really only talked to his close friends and family, others that he has known for many years only get silence.
Also most often the things he said never really made sense usually very conceptual and abstract.
Dale would tell his older brother what he wanted to say and he was his spokesperson.
Earlier this year his class was preparing and doing a speech.
So I handed him talking to win and told him how to use it.
He did listen to it every day as he was going to sleep so usually listened to both sessions he did this for about 3 weeks.

He reported that he only felt slightly nervous during the speech and was confident throughout.
But the biggest benifit is the lasting one, now he is confident in all his communications with other people and we actually know what he is talking about!!!

He is like a completely different child.

If you can find a kitchen timer that can a) use vibrations rather than sound, and b) can be set for random settings, at any interval from minutes to hours, and can have the vibrations be adjusted to various levels of intensity as well as lengths of "bursts", then that would be a kitchen timer to get.

There is actually a device like that called the "Invisible Clock" from Time Now Corporation. It seems to have even more functions than the MotivAider and can do some of the same things (I don't think it has the random function. That function would be good for a lot of motivating uses) and works on vibrations. It also works on one triple A battery (the MotivAider works on one double A battery). It is a little cheaper.

It has some postive reviews over at Amazon and elsewhere. There were a few negatives regarding the clock keeping time, which seemed to degrade over a period of a few years. This may have been an earlier model and I have inquired to the company last week. No response as of yet (e-mail and phone message).

I might end up getting both of them, since the Invisible Clock seems to be able to do multiple functions (and it can also be set to beep if desired).

Here is the site for the MotivAider which gives the complete low down.

And here is the site for the InvisibleClockII

Oztinks,

What a wonderful site to see your child leap the gorge with his confidence in communication so quickly, and at an early age. I pondered on how much of an impact that creates for him and all of the lives he touches, now and in the future. What a very special opportunity to be a part of with your family. I am so happy for you!

Reading this comes at a special time today, after talking to my father for the first time in 17 years. So however he conveys his appreciation, I really know how much this means to Dale. Bless you for allowing your heart to lead the way with your son’s positive development in life. : -)

May your generosity extend to all of humanity and beyond. . .

hi,

i have recently started listening to 'self esteem supercharger'

i notice u said you've had success. when did u listen to it and how often, once a day?

im completely new to paraliminals, not entirely convinced but like the idea. do you really pic up on it subconsciously?

many thanks! any help would be great!

I listened to mine in the morning right when I opened my eyes or before I went to bed.If I was busy thoughout the day I would put it on sleep track. Do not try to look for results just listen in let it happen. Pretend you are planting a seed just be patient in let it take root and grow.
Sonic Access Success Story

I recieved Sonic Access one year from 11-11-07. I did like the instrutions said "I wrote myself a letter to open in one year with the results I want to gain." I forgot what I wrote I just knew I had to open it soon. I acheived 90% of the goals I wrote. With the first in most important was having a wonderful girlfriend
PURE EXCITMENT!!!
I've had my ultimate you for right around a year now. I had and still have a huge draw to them and this site! I listened and listened with no results, except the 10 min charger when I listened twice in a row. I still knew they worked. I'd post and ask for help most of the time with no answer...but I'd still listen and read the forum. Finally after a year the last 3 times I've listened I've had immediate results. They are small in comparision with where I'm going but they are huge in the fact that they are a step in the right direction!!!

Belief: That PL's would work
Prosperity: A car issue
Belief: Call it a sex matter I guess???
Not sure what to call it but it worked!!!

My draw has just gotten stronger and I've learned patience and to let go!!!

Dan
CPW1 and Shakurav,

Yesterday I read this thread and found quite interesting especially MotivAider. It is so simple a device yet so powerful. On exploring further I found a PDF document on this page (link is on right hand side) - http://www.habitchange.com/motivaider.php which provide in-depth look at the MotivAider concept, its origin and applications!

It's awesome!

Today I developed a software for my Windows Mobile phone to do the same. Bingo! I got my personal MotivAider in just hours. I have set it to vibrate every 15 minutes. Vibration stream is customizable to distuinguish this signal from other phone & SMS related signals. No rings. It vibrates in the following squence : Vib-Gap-Vib-Gap-Vib-Gap-Vib (vib are short pulses of vibration).

Its working great! It is already helping me in reinforcing my intentions (affirmations). As I am writing this mail it's training my mind... ;-)

Thanks a lot CPW1 and Shakurav! Wishing you Success, Peace, Joy and Abundance... :-)

Love n Light,
-Vks
I also have a boss that no one could get along with I used positive Relationships CD we get along great everyone wonders how I did it
Get the Motivaider then figure out the most important thing to you in only concentrate on that one thing. Tie it in with your propose behind each paraliminal you listen to. Concentration is the key to rapid results most of the time we are switching up on what we want to much "I was guilty of it to". That is why so many people do not think the Law of Atttraction work because they do not remain focused that is what makes the Motivaider so great.
PhotoReadings
I did the syntopic reading using the course I photoread 2 books on Memory Today I just realized how long I holding onto thoughts without forgetting them. I was wondering why it seemed so easy then I realized the two books I photoread.

Oztinks that is such an encouraging post – THANK YOU! I will surely try to replicate the results you observe on your 12yo son. I wish I freed myself at that age — my life would have been so much more enjoyable. Here is my story:

I am way beyond my adolescence years and I still struggle with a “say it for me” habit, yet you can say that I am determined for I recently got into teaching profession. Growing up I remember being complimented consistently as cute and sweet child and then pretty woman. Except my father, no one really bothered commenting on my intellectual potential even though I excelled in school. I wanted (desperately wanted) to be noticed as smart and NOT pretty to that point that I opted for “hard science” studies, just to fill that void in me. But, in my private life I continued receiving “pretty” compliments and my feelings ranged from shyness to serious rage – to be honest, on some occasions I hated those people for they just kept wrecking any hope I kept constructing as time went by .

Recently (well in the last say 4-5 years) I decided to dig deep within me and see what’s really causing my reactions (I figured it can’t be people, really) and so I have discovered (convinced myself) that the main source of my insecurity is my perception of the sound of my voice – I simply believe that I don’t sound my age, and combined with my look, I just get paralyzing feelings that nobody would ever take my words seriously. Those feelings made my graduate studies a nightmare.

I did “grab” the Talking to Win CD the moment I saw it listed on the website – BUT – I have noticed huge, huge resistance whenever I decide to listen to it. I find myself just analyzing the message that Paul and Tom are saying and strategizing how to get the results “as fast as possible”. Silly me, I guess I should supplement it with Anxiety Free CD.

Anyways, I found your post very inspiring and I will try to be “childlike” with respect to my belief in the result, even if it takes double the amount of weeks your son listened to the same CD.

Best to you,
Grace

p.s. I should mention that, luckily, none of my two daughters have that issue. For once, I am actually glad they inherited their father’s genes

vksvikas

That is a wonderful “invention”, hm cell phone
Well, good luck but do keep us posted on the “short phrases” that paybass the resistance easily.

Peace and Blessings in the New Year,
Grace

My suggestion--the "You Deserve It" CD nearly always gets me past blocks like these.

Grace, have you considered attempting a meditation during the tape? Focus on your breathing throughout the tape, and each time your mind wanders, return to focusing on your breathing.

Grace go to a yoga class then right when you get home unless you do the yoga at your house. Pop in the Paraliminal in the CD player you will probally last 3 to 4 min then you will find yourself waking up at the end not remembering you listened to it.
Posted By: Daken Re: re: success stories - 01/04/08 03:25 PM
Looks like all those who reported great results with their Paraliminals listened to it for a while (3-4 weeks) regularly... That seems to be the key to get good results ... I should try this way.

I wonder why LSC says that listening once is all that is required ?
Posted By: sheepmobile Re: re: success stories - 01/19/08 10:41 AM
I'm rather new to the forum (although I have been reading along for a while now), but I have been listening to paraliminals for about eight months now and have had some nice results.

I initially starting listening to the self-esteem supercharger and to talking to win to prepare for an internship abroad where I knew I would have to interact a lot of with other people as well as give a presentation in English (which is a foreign language for me)
I alternated the self-esteem cd with the talking to win cd for daily for about two months before the internhip started. There, I found myself not only working much better with others, but also for pretty much to first time ever socialising with the other interns after work (something which I used to avoid). That might not sound like much, but being autistic (asperger's syndrome), it's quite a bit of progress for me.

Since then I've tried some other paraliminal CDs, namely memory supercharger and personal genuis, and have also noticed an improvement in my grades, from D's and C's in spring to solid B's now in the end-of-year exams last fall.

I found that, at least for me, the key is to focus on one or two paraliminals at a time and listen to them regularily for several weeks.

Hi All have just ordered some paraliminal CD, just wondering if it were possible to burn these CD,s to Mp3 format, and would there be any change in effect when burnt to the mp3 format

cheers
Posted By: sheepmobile Re: re: success stories - 03/03/08 12:33 PM
Hi Benster2000,

I don't think that converting the CDs tp mp3 format will affect their effectiveness. I've converted all my paraliminal cds to mp3s so that I can listen to them on my ipod and they have been working fine for me so far :-)

There are a lot of posts on this subject. Personally I adjust the quality of the rip to the highest setting, its the holosync that can get lost when converting.

The New History Generator is one of my favourite personal development tapes over all. It's great for EVERYTHING, because rewriting your history can change your self concept, and your habits. I always get some kind of results (positive) from using that process. Hail Paul, I say.

I have been having success with the New Option Generator. Even if I don't come up with specific solutions to any particular problems, during the day when I am confused, I automatically start thinking of different ways to approach the problem. It comes easier with practice.
