After purchasing the Ultimate You collection, I went through and listened to each one to get a sense of them. There are certain ones I like listening to more than others and some are more relevant to my situation.

Basically, I just listen to one or two a day, depending on my mood or a perceived need at the time. I'm wondering if it would be better to concentrate on one paraliminal at a time, listening to it several times so that it becomes ingrained, before moving on to others, rather than the haphazard method I employ now.

I'm aware of the Paraliminal Accelerator, this isn't what I'm asking. Without a definite goal in mind, which method is best, concentrate on one or use whatever you feel?

I believe you need to have a specifical goal in mind for Paraliminals to work. It is like, if you want to eat solid food, you will not restrict yourself to drinking glasses of water, which can be good, but cannot form your complete diet for weeks.

Without a goal I prefer the what's my focus today and select a Paraliminal to support that, approach.

You don't "have" to use a Paraliminal every day.

Thanks for the replies, on this post & others.

I know I don't have to listen 1 per day, but I enjoy listening to them and think they positively affect my mood. Sometimes I listen to 2, sometimes I skip a day.

I once read somewhere that "repetition is the mother of learning". This is why I try to keep up the pace.

Generally I'll listen to one before sleep everynight. Because I've done that for so long, whenever I get an "aha" moment about some insight or issue, I just think "I'll use a paraliminal to deal with that tonight." Then I make sure to ask/answer the questions (sometimes take a minute to journal them) so I can set a strong intention before listening. If I don't have any particular issue that comes up, I'll use a general improvement one along the lines of one of my life goals, like self esteem supercharger or personal genius. Lately, new history generator, both A and B have been a favorite.
