Recently I participated in leadership training where we first learned how to juggle with three balls and then on next day couched this skill for annother person.

This was grate experience and later I wanted to have soft juggling balls at home also, just to throw them now and then.

I almost accidently started to throw the balls as fysical activity between meditation, photoreading, paraliminals, etc... it was unbelevable how quickly my juggling developed and still does.

Specialy after photoreading session usualy those tricks that I tried before photoreading where going through right after the session. Also it was so that I was not thinking about juggling while photoreading and vice versa. Also I recently noticed that somehow my typing with key board has developed while juggling.

So this is one idea I recommend to try, or perhaps something else which is requiring coordination. It´s grate to learn juggling almost automaticly, just for free...

Annother good thing just happened automaticly, when I got broadband to home. I subscribed to Musicmatch Jukebox Radio and after this was able to listen much of the music that I listened 15, 10, or 5 years ago.

First I kind of thought that it's not good to listen and remember the old stuff. Usualy the music has had a lot of memory connection, also to memories that I have not wanted to remember.

But soon I discovered that it´s grate to listen that stuff after meditating with Holosync so many years and also after for example New History Generator A. This can be good trigger for those who don´t get memory visualisations during the meditation anymore.

I would be interested, if someone has information how juggling develops the coordination and what kind of effect it might have for the brain, specialy if one practices mediatation and photoreading.

Cheers

The idea that comes to my mind from your post is that it may be related to the cross-laterial movements of Brain Gymn.

Your post has inspired me to dig-out my "juggling for cluts'" book and the balls that came with it.

Eric_G did they give much instruction in this course? Is it simple enough for you to post it here?

Thanks, you are perfection.

You might want to look at Michael Gelb's book on Juggling as a metaphor for learning and life. Lot's of similar connections to what is being discussed here.

I've taught juggling of scarves and learned how to juggle for the same reasons. A great technique is from Nelson Zink, an NLP trainer who wrote a book titled, The Structure of Delight. He calls it Mind Juggling. Hold a ball in one hand. Close your eyes and toss the ball across your body to the other hand in a rhythm of 1 toss per second or 60 tosses per minute. If you can't catch it, simply move your hands closer until you can.

It balances the brain's hemisphere's in a most amazing way.

Enjoy.

There has been some very special momentum happening today. Everything went so well at work and after reading reply from Iam2 , I was juggling for some time and also thinking how to reply.

I had in mind that one good tip is to practice standing settee or bed in front. This way the balls are still close when they drop.

We didn't get so much instructions at the course, but at home I have used very simple booklet called Practical guide with extracts from Mister Babache methodology. It has been realy good and providing good support to enjoy the learning of juggling. It has pictures and they tell you easily how to throw the ball.

Pauls intervention to the discussion was quite special... When I came back to the computer after throwing the ball's he had replied. I was so happy about this that wanted to have short walk at the nearby by park and enjoy the day. I'm using www.webshots.com and have adjusted the desktop to change the background image every hour. I have approximately 200 pictures there changing randomly.

When I closed the brouser the desktop picture had changed and it was St. Paul's in Minnesota I recognized it right away and felt that this was quite amazing.

I got in touch of these book and decided to get familiar also with How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci by Michael Gelb.

Juggling has even deeper connection to my life. My father was a Juggler, very good one. I suppriced him last weekend by my late discovery of Juggling

Couple of weeks ago during Image Streaming I was in a aeroplane, traveling very comfortably. This is something that I see often, but the situation changes. This time I was reading a book and found out that it was written by me...

It was about Juggling, somehow written from my fathers perspective and connected to my life, it had yellow cover with Juggler in front. One of my life time dreams is to write a book.

About Leonardo da Vinci. My Mother is a painter...

Some momentum in this day, now it´s time to have some sleep (I could just continue and continue).

Thank you Paul and Iam2, Cheers

Thank you for sharing your juggling tip and your personal momentum Eric_G. Stories like yours help to add to expand my growth my personal momentum.

Paul thank you for the references and the closed eye juggling suggestion. Adding to my reading list, may just get me moving on that one goal that keeps getting side-lined.

P.S. anyone remember the name of the trilogy where the main character was a juggler. It's in fantasy genre and I read them in the early 80's. That's when I bought the cluts book.

Well I've done the closed eyes, one ball, juggling. Once I settled down, meaning hands about 10 inches apart and my mind not wondering and not trying to throw the balls higher or farther, I got into a nice rythmn. It was a lot easier that I would have thought. I swear my hands would move to pick-up the slight mis-throws.

Anyways I didn't notice anything phenominal about my mental state. However, when I finished and start back to work. I had that little dizziness / distortion that I can have when coming out of a meditation too quickly.

Thanks for bring this to my attention. I'll play with this some more.

Iam2 just noticed that you are here on-line writing message same time. It was grate to hear that it's ok to write the way I do, that it has positive influence.

Sometimes I feel that perhaps it's too open, but each time I've done so it has felt that it's one step further towards my goal.

I've been juggling realy a lot within the last couple of day's. Paul realy gave me some needed empowerment, just with perfect timing.

There has been many simmilar momentum situation lately and I've started to think that is there realy continuously kind of messages around us, signals we do not normaly notice.

I have had much longer series of PLC after each other then before. CM-BF -> Ideal Mindset -> GC accelerator -> GC -> Decisive Action -> and now Consisten Achievement.

This flow has been very natural and there is positive preasure feeling on my forehead while listening to sessions or even every now and then without any concious reason, also now while writing.

It seems that now I'm realy getting the most out of courses, there is good set of objectives driving my action. Yesterday evening I listened to Sales Leap to support me in today's activities in work and it had very good results.

Also by listening New History Generator - B every evening at the end of the day and then writing diary has turned out to be realy good think to do. The message is so well in line with the message of the CM-BF that it reminds from what successful life is made of.

Now while using the Paraliminals of Decisive Actions still at the same time while going through the Consistent Achievement has brough need that it would be realy good to have something simmilar as the GC Accelerator from the package of these three PLC's.

Yesterday I started to formulate in mind that as integrated they are the tools to develop my inner excelence, this terminology will most likely still change in my mind while continuously learning.

These are just my couple of thoughs at the moment, of course we have GC that we can use our selves to integrate learning.

I have a question in my mind, what would be most important to write into the daily journal?

Cheers

It's realy cool feeling to juggle with "photofocus". First it was difficult, but after you trust that it's possible and let go from the concious control it works. I started by juggling couple of meters from painting on the wall, first with eye fixation to the ball's; then gradualy moving my focus to the painting, looking throught the area where the balls are flying.

It's a grate demonstration how the mind is processing continuously what is happening arround us. After you are able to do this, it's cool to move the head slighly to the righ, left, up or down. After a while there comes a limit and then the balls just drop. Same happens also if you close your eyes. It's interesting because it almost feels possible, but it's not because the information that your sight is providing is crucial for juggling (at least with three balls and my skills). The feeling when you close the eyes is realy cool, suddenly you just drop the balls.

Annother cool experiment is to graddualy look into the hans that are throwing the balls, it's possible if you just trust your sight and unconcious mind to control the juggling, but at the same time observe how your hands are moving and juggling. Right away if you start to control your hands based on what you observe conciously, you drop the balls.

Pretty cool

There has been so many new insights and learnings in my life within within the last few weeks, that I would be inspired to continue this discussion as public journal of my personal journey of learning to learn.

I got the urge while following the Journal of Ideal Mindset by Betsemes and PhotoReading Journal by LivingSuccess. Now it feels that there is just perfect momentum to do this. Earlier I described my family connection to Juggling, there is also many relatives in our family who are singers in one way or the other.

Music has always been close to my heart and for quite long period I was a lead singer in school rock band. Just recently after more than 15 years brake, we have started to play ones more just for fun. What I have noticed is that today I'm much better singer and also able to pronounce the lyrics better.

About ten years ago I had problems with my voice and had to find something else to do on the field of music. I decided to learn how to play classical contrabass and succeeded so well that within 4 years I had learned how to play from notes and got my self to local sinfony orchestra.

After few years of playing and working on my real profession I was so broken as can be, for practicing more than 4 hours a day after the work everyday. I had a decision to made and it was to focus on my work and to start developing my self as human. This was the time when I bought first self-help book and it was the Best Thing I've ever Done. Later I found Centerpointe and they introduced me to LearningStrategies. And now I'm here

I recently answered to the Buiding Excellence - The Learning Individual questionary and got my Learning and Productivity Style Profile.

This was realy and eye opener, it revealed that I'm more visual picture learner, more tactile kinesthetic learner, more verbal kinesthetic learner. I have only slight preference to auditory learning and no preference to visual text.

It was realy grate to have this information like this, basically it all make sense now. It will also give extremely good basis for my learning strategy. I just re-listened the Effective Listening sessions from the Four Powers For Greateness. I wanted to do this because recently I got idea of mindmapping the coaching sessions of the PLC's. This would also help me to start mindmapping the books as activation.

Usualy when I listen the coaching sessions it's all clear for me, but later it's still a bit difficult to recall the messages and specialy to integrate the learning to my everyday life.

It has been interesting that usualy while discussing about the particular issue with someone else, I suddenly remember the whole thing. Now after knowing my personal learning profile it's all clear what makes this happen.

The next session I have with Concistent Achievement is IPM and I'll mindmap the coaching session while listening. After mind mapping the coaching sessions of the PLC's I can integrate the information visualy. I believe that this will help me to know much better when to use which paraliminal session, it will help me to know better my self. There is enourmas information already in the coaching sessions of the PLC's.

I believe also that it's crucial for me to form the visual images of my learnings because my emotional preferencess are internaly motivated, less conforming and I prefer less structure. I intepret it so that I have strong preference to do it my way. My psychological preference is global integrated thinker and information processor, I believe it's the reason why I tend to form big picture before action.

I hope it's ok that I'll write this journal here for while, it's much more powerful to write it here compared to my own personal notes.

Thanks

Thanks for sharing Eric_G. I think everything you've written is fine. If you want to start a journal here, I think that is a very generous act.

Like you, I've found that when I share openly and don't worry about the appropriateness of the comments that I often get more back that I'd ever think possible. So I'd encourage you to continue.

As for the juggling, I too found that if my mind strayed from the goal, either to consciously control or to wonder, that is when I would drop the ball.

I am curious how you would do, if you just closed your eyes and juggled. Just thing of the act of juggling. Not the details. Don't try and consciously figure out where the ball(s) will be just do it. Let go of expectations. Don't be affected by dropped balls. Just keep at it for twenty minutes and see what happens. Try it with only a short distance.

I was surprised that as a cluts I usually had the ball (only one) land in my palm. It was better than with my eyes open and bigger tosses. The other thing that surprised me was that sometimes a hand would quickly move a couple of inches and catch the ball. Since my eyes were closed all the information came from my sense of muscle contraction and touch. My mind would project the path and correct my hands, completely without my conscious intervention.

I'm very curious what kind of experience someone who can juggle might have.

You are perfection,
Iam2

I started this day by waking up from an adventure dream that was mixture of star wars and lord of the rings. We where fighting agains the Orcs (don't remember now if its written like this). There was one particluar thing in this dream and that is the reason for writing it here.

I saw Yoda during the battle and had discussion with my warrior friend. I asked that what he is doing here, isn't this a lord of the rings dream? I got reply that Yoda was orriginaly on the dark side but turned to the good side later. In this dream he is still on the dark side because this dream happens in the history, much earlier than star wars

What a interesting way to start the day

I tired alread earlier the mind juggling with one ball and today again for longer period of time. Next time I need to put something to cover my eyes, because on both times it's almost that I would see the ball flying from hand to annother. Also I can see small shade of the hand while throwing the ball. It might be light reflection comming though the eye lashes, but it might be also inner eye.

After couple of minutes my forehead starts to feel something inside, its kind of preasure feeling but now there is also kind of liquids moving. This is something that I feel also during the photoreading session with good book, but in different part of the head. During photoreading it happens on right side of the head about four centimeters to rear. It's just a feeling, it dosn't hurt or anything, just the opposite. After about ten minutes my face got a lot of blood circulation, like full of energy. It was a good feeling.

Later in the evening I listened the coaching of IPM and mindmapped for A4 just writing down trigger words that caughed the attention (almost full page) and then connecting the words to each others. This time I just wanted to make a picture and made the connection between the words randomly. Not so sofisticated way of mind mapping, but at least it eventualy was a picture. And while observing it afterwards there was some very creative connections.

Afterwards it was very easy to recal the coaching session, it was also fun to write doen the words during the coaching session. I was able to draw a legache behavior and also role model from one event from the day at work.

After this I had one of the most deepest paraliminal sessions ever. I'm not sure if it was the mindmap or the jugling session, but right away from the guided breathing I felt very strong preasure on my forehead (positive) and I was not even able to follow conciously the spoken words of the session. Also after the session I could just stayed there.

Lately I have had this positive preasure on my forehead, this time more stronger than ever. I remember that it had connection the chakras, but I don't remember now what it ment. Could someone write about this, specialy if you have simmilar feeling during the paraliminal sessions. Also tell me freely if you feel that it's a sign of bad food or any other reason that come to your mind.

Thanks

Heartbeat, right after discovering Michael Gelbs books via Pauls tip, I got curious on them. They are now somewhere between the Amazon storage and north Europe. They where shipped two day's ago and should arrive within two weeks. My intuition and results from the learning individual assessment is that reading them will most like be just continuous discovery on how I have learned things during my life.

I expect to get also new insights of what would be optimal learning strategies for me. Somehow I feel that I'm just in the beginning phase. Today I started to create personal learning strategies plan provided as pre-study for the up-comming Photoreading retread. It already provided me grate input and now there is high curiosity in me for example on what would be most efficient way to associate pictures with words by creating/seeing and image of the word? My first feeling is that the Memory Optimizer program that I already have would be good, but is there also other techniques?

Today I continued the mind juggling for 10 minutes and was convinced that there indeed is kind of shadow of the moving ball and hands visible even if my eyes are comapletely shut.

Today I listened New History Generator - B and right after this message the Sales Leap in order to prepare my self for a meeting tomorrow. Last time it worked very well and I had exeptionaly easy day to communicate relatively difficult issues with people.

Today I reviewed the IPM coaching session mindmap and it has very much information, it's realy good way to recal it quickly with just a sight.

I just recently got my self the deep relaxation paraliminal and it's so good. Nothing so grate as to relax efficiently after the work and then to concentrate for the rest of the day.

About three months ago I re-located television into a cabin. It has had very positive influence, because now I very rearly follow TV. When it's visible, its very addictive, for example now I have not opened it for two day's. This is one of the best things I've done.

Thanks

Within this week I was pulled into a major challenge and opportunities. My originally planned scheddule changed rapidly.
I used continuously the paraliminal tapes to keep me on the track of this. Two day's ago I was in very strong oscilation. My mind was projecting worst case scenario and I was trying to think what paraliminal would be best now.
Just for some reason I wanted to open discussion board, and the first discussion I read was by Betsemes about anxiety. I realized that this is exactly what is happening to me.
I listened the Anxiety Free - A and went to sleep. Next morning I woked automaticly more than two hours before allarm. I re-structured presentation for the days meeting and listened to the Sales Leap. Picture of St. Pauls appeared on my desctop as screen saver image and I felt like a winner. The meeting was very successful, even we discussed and agreed difficult issues.

Yesterday evening and this morning my body was totally tired, listened the Perfect Healt paraliminal session. After a while listened and mind mapped the Coaching for New Option Generator - A and then listened the paraliminal it self. I realized that in my new and still ongoing challenge I realised how perfectly it fit's to my current situation.
Even though I succeeded in the meeting, there is still stop signs that I need to get rid of and step boldly forward to the winners cycle. I just can't wait to for the NOG-B and the Personal Celebration Session GETTING.

I have now mind mapped the coaching session each time while listening and this has realy turned out to be good for my learning. I always thought that my auditory learning ability is strong, never thought that my understanding of the sessions would be much stronger by mind mapping what I hear. Remembering the strories within the spoken word.

Yesterday I got from the post Monday Morning Leadership to Photoread it today.

Cheers

Michael Gelbs books arrived just couple of day's ago and I've previewed and photoread them:
- How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci
- More Balls Than Hands, Juggling Your Way to Success by Learning to Love Your Mistakes.

The picture in the puzzle is getting very good shape now!

-> 21st Century Renaissance Man

It's grate to realize this and it accelerates the whole package!! It gives me the "needed" box to categorize what I want to be, it's everything about accelerated learning, photoreading, image streaming and even more... this is realy grate!! I get the feeling that everything is getting integrated and it has name -> 21st Century Renaissance Man...

Heureka

The PhotoReading retreat brought me more than I even imagined and it took some time to absorb the insights. For example the way that Paul introduced the retreat with link to www.winwenger.com had amazing synchrony with my personal path related the message before this (written before the retreat…).

Couple of day’s ago I booked for the www.millionairemind.com Intensive to be held in Orlando. VIP ticket comes together with the Abundance of Life programs that I have not yet received (overseas), but Pete send the dates via email.

I have been using Chris Paynes EFL System www.effortfree.com – Quick start set for couple of weeks now and it is remarkable.

Some time ago, I ordered Yo-Yo Ma & the Silk Road Ensembles Silk Road Journeys and the soundtrack for the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon CD: s and Georges S. Clasons the Richest Man in Babylon book. While I was at the airport Karen Armstrong’s Buddha book pulled me as if a magnet and I decided to buy it. Before this, I had PhotoRead the Zen of Listening by Rebecca Z. Shafir, but not activated.

For”some” reason I got interested on Buddhism and I got my self familiar with various sources of information at web. I got so curious about becoming Buddhist that I also reviewed all other major ”religions”, their main principles before making the decision. Somehow, all my thoughts where perfectly in line with teachings of Buddha, my objective got very clear.

I used the Roberta model (part of EFL) during the preparation for PhotoReading Karen’s book about Buddha with goal to become Buddhist. Two days ago, I participated for an evening session together with the local Buddhist society. Tomorrow I will go for three days retreat to learn how to become Buddhist.

Everything somehow clicked and its grate, my original objective was to improve leadership skills, communication, etc… now things are integrated: business, music, cultures, communication, desires, objectives, faith, religion, etc… even from the times of Silk Road… to sum this up shortly: I am smiling. Something very special in the Silk Road Journeys is that it contains two songs from Finland… (I did not know this before) a bit far away from the Silk Road, but there is close connection in musical style.

Special ahaa was also that most likely, the road reached also Babylon and the riches man there had probably millionaire mind.

Life is easy, life is fun, hmmm what was it that Buddha said... some counterparts to increase resiliency

Recently I enjoyed very much the Voice of Knowledge book by Don Miguel Ruiz. I was already familiar with the Four Agreements book, but now the message touched me much deeper.

I've started to use the Four Agreements cards for visualizations and messages as personal declarations, they inspire me!

I've been very active, participating to the Buddist meditation retreat, the weekly sessions when possible and many other positive issues. I've noticed that in this society there are also some deeply rooted negative beliefs about money. The four agreements came to "resque" my thoughs just in time.

It´s a grate companion together with the Abundance for Life Course. After reading the book, it was amazing to listen the Know Your Truth paraliminal session. It was like the message of the paraliminal would have been much more powerful. I´m so happy that the AFL and The Four Agreements came to my life in such a syncrony.

The year 2004 has been already so grate and just after couple of weeks I´ll participate for local Photoreading course for seccond time this year + I´ve already booked for the upcomming Qigong retreat

I have not yet proceeded forward in AFL after the Labyrinth paraliminal. It was very powerful experience with clear message, right after this I went to the Millionaire Mind Intensive (very, very good) and what a coincidence that there is Fuji mountain in the logo of Peak Potentials Training (at least looks like it)

It´s my favorite mountain and first one that came to mind in the beginning of the Paraliminal session.

Oh... and there is a big Buddha statue in my bag to be carried home

Posted By: Eric_G Re: Juggling and music - 06/13/04 07:45 PM
Chris Paynes EFL system is very effective and easy to approach. It´s about accepting and specialy about increasing the acceptance to be in this moment. It makes me feel very good, very quickly and easily.

First I ask, what is my level of acceptance from 1 to 10?. Then I ask can I increase it? At the same time breathe, gently. If it increases, than can I increase it some more, etc... Then if it dosn´t increase, I move into the acceptance of the resistance (my internal will to be in the past or future, but not in this moment). What is my level of acceptance of the resistance? Can I increase it? If it increases, can I increase it some more, etc...? It´s magical when I accept the resistance, the resistance melts away

After using some time, it started to peal away my resitance to be in this moment.

There is also "application" of the system called the Roberta model, that uses the acceptance process to handle limiting and empowering beliefs related to goal with most delighted way. Final phase of the model is that I allow the mirracle happen and it´s truly grate feeling Usualy miracles indeed happen and why they happen, the answere is described in EFL, but also in LSC's Abundance For Life even more comprehensive way. Generaly I believe that within both, we utilize the same universal energy, that is life

I had the opportunity to meet and discuss with Chirs at the PhotoReading retreat and he is realy grate fellow, just like you mentioned also. He wants everyone to feel grate and succeed in life

Very good Chris!

Sorry if I'm interrupting your discussion about achievements and conversation but maybe you all should photoread a high school grammar book along with the dictionary. I've noticed so many mistakes in grammar on this forum that it's hard to believe that it's a forum dedicated to higher education and excellence. Really if I didn't already know photoreading was the next evolution in the human brain, I might not believe it by reading posts here. My apologies for anyone whose first language is not English, but to those who have known english all your life... shame on you. Good luck to all.

Thank you for the coaching, English is my second language but still my gramma skills could be better. The discussion continues and it's good to have focus on DOING and BEING what we truly are.

I have Million Dollar Vocabulary PLC and PhotoRead dictionaires, but have not focused so much on gramma. I've learned the language mostly by listening, reading, singing and just using and playing with it

Thanks for the update Eric. I regret I haven't dedicated more time to juggling, but I've enjoyed the journey I've taken.

You've been travelling and exciting path.

Don't forget to share you experience from the Qigong retreat.

You are perfection.

For those who are thinking about goal setting; Clear Mind Bright Future program realy worked for me. I litterally achieved all my goals, even exeeded far beyond. This week I asked my girlfriend to marry me and she said YES!! At the same time I became stepfather for two lovely daughters.

It's so unbelivable, but this woman meets litterraly all the expectations that I wrote into my objectives.

After all I didn't participate Qigong retreat due to time schedules, it would have been grate. But I have to say that year 2004 has been the best time of my life. Thanks to my self for TAKING THE ACTIONS by using for example the Cear Mind - Bright Future among other LSC products.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Think BIG, set your Your Goals. If You want to atract the WOMAN or MAN of your life, create a vision and feeling of the life together with this person. Write down your criteria for this person. It's AMAZING! it WORKS!
