Is it okay to zone out when listening to these tapes?

I notice whenever I listen to any of these tapes I kinda just zone out to a state where I pretty much hear Paul Scheele's voice but don't understand a word.

Right about in the middle of tape I usually fall asleep.

Do these factors make these tapes useless? Finally is it better to listen to five different tapes or one tape over five times?

I do exactly the same thing. I zone out and 10 minutes into the tape I fall asleep. However, I have seen the changes that I wanted so that is all that matters to me.
I couldn't tell you one thing that is said on that tape.

Zoning out is fine if that is your intention. Tell yourself that at the end you'll wake up refreshed and you do then you've been getting it.

Paraliminals are a good way to get completely relaxed for 20 to 30 minutes and not being aware of what is being said is perfectly fine.

We don't recommend that you use any old paraliminal just for falling asleep though. They work best by you stating a clear intention about what you are working on or listening to that particular paraliminal for.
