Could someone please tell me the correct way to listen to these paralimnals? Are you supposed to state your purpose for listening then listen to what paul is saying the whole time? What if you fall asleep? Also when he starts saying different things in each ear what am i supposed to do, pick one of his voices to focus on or try to focus on the water in the background? I still have gotten no results from my use of these and feel i must be doing something wrong because i really belive they work. I sometimes fall asleep and sometimes i don't. I really want to try everything i can to get results from these.

Thanks,
Duck

yes about the state you want with the session, as for the right way to listen, just listen, if you follow, along with parts thats ok, just sit back and relax, if you fall asleep, then thats ok.. maybe you could consider turning the volume right down, so its just like a wisper, and just allow it to flow..

Listen down the middle. Don't try to follow either voice. The Paraliminals will turn off your conscious mind because trying to listen to two voices at once is overwhelming. As a result you might find yourself daydreaming or even napping.

Don't try so hard, trying pushes it our of your reach. Just listen to the Paraliminal after thinking of your purpose. In the early part Paul asks you what it was so you bring it back to mind at this point. Then relax into the listening session. Just take the attitude of wait and see what happens. Like finding out if it's going to be sunny or overcast in the morning. You just wait till daybreak to see.

Would listening down the middle be the water in the background?
