Hi everyone. Last year (2015) I bought the Resets paraliminals when they first came out. I watched the DVD of Paul Scheele & followed the instructions. I did only the "Success" one for a while & there were some small successes & then I left it for a long while. Recently I had a brain-wave of doing the Success one again so I watched the DVD again & I'm currently doing the paraliminal again since Monday (4/4/2016).

What I want to know is how long should do the Paraliminal & I'm currently doing the 'eyes closed' version.

I'd give it a couple of weeks, if you did the original recommended time you probably won't need as long to progress.

Hi again Alex. I forgot to ask, today when I do the Resets Success paraliminal I would have done 2 weeks on the trot. When I've done this do I need to do anything else? Because there the other tracks where one is "eyes open" & the other is the "quick reset".
