The new Gratitude Paraliminal is my all time favorite Paraliminal and self help recording ever! I use this almost every night before going to sleep. My older favorites were Personal Genius and Self Esteem Super Charger. I think the Gratitude recording brings a lot of positive into my life. There are many things in my life that I am very grateful for like family, friends, my new job, my new dog, health (even tho I have some challenges right now), and even obstacles in my life, as they become learning situations.
