Defcon83,

What was your initial desire when you downloaded BrainWave Generator? Lets deal with that first.

I have an anxiety disorder so my goal is to be more calm and also to try to care less what others think. Apart from that im not looking for anything else ie super learning etc. I just want to get over this illness.

Be careful with ad hoc entrainment. Some problems are made worse when using the wrong triggers. Like for ADHD they found Theta entrainment can make matters worse and Beta entrainment helped th individual to have that outward focus.

What is meant by ad hoc entrainment. How can i learn about brainwaves and frequencies. Thanks.

Ad hoc = unplanned / improvised.

Rather stick to the Presets in Brainwave Generator. For example presets for relaxation.

I agree with ALex and Grant's advice, especialy of you are treating anxiety.

Also, it would be good at this time to avoid the "home made" frequency sets that people post to their forum. They make some far out claims that are based soley on their subjective experimentation, much of it not ecological or well formed, and in areas like "remote viewing" and "OBE" etc.

I am not disputing those areas of human potential or research, not at all. Just best to be careful what you do until you have had your condition under control and stable for a while.

Have you looked into Sedona method? This is a simple, easy to learn way of letting ANY emotion go, and having greater choice and more resources available at any given moment.

Best of luck to you!

Hi Defcon83

A thought - have you considered studying the Resiliency course. It is extremely worthwhile, & the paraliminals are magic!

Regard it as a synergie learning method for coping with life's problems. I quite sincerely use the word synergie, because you have the experience of two people who have combined their skills into creating something helpful for those of us who at somestage have had major hiccups in life.

Good luck Soldier Boy

Try the Deep Relaxation Paraliminal and the Self-Esteem Supercharger.

Also please if you want to, you can answer the questions I asked in your Anxiety Free Post, namely:

"Which paraliminals did you buy other than Anxiety-Free?

What type of anxiety is it? Do you sense a cause? Or do you feel another emotion with the anxiety, eg. guilt? / shyness?

Is it with you all the time? Or just some situations?

Are you happy with your life other than that anxiety? Have you had a recent change of situation? Or is there something bugging you specifically?"

We are more than happy to help you.
