I downloaded 3 audio files. Can I get some clarification on how they are to be used? My instructions read as if there is only one file. Thanks for the help.
There are four tracks. You listen to all four tracks. Eyes closed listening. If you want to do sleep learning you can repeat track 3. Is that what you wanted to know?

Not really. I understand the basics of how Paraliminals work.
I downloaded 3 separate audios: Soul Of Money, Soul Of Money (feat. Lynne Twist), and Soul Of Money (feat. Paul R. Scheele). The instructions I downloaded are a little lacking, or I missed something in reading them. I need clarification on how they are used. When there are A & B paraliminals, instructions are generally provided for their use. My instructions read as if there is only one audio.
They are all the same. Listen to a Paraliminal as you would. They feature a choice of Dr Paul Scheele with Lynne Twist speaking. Dr Paul Scheele on his own or Lynne Twist on her own. You have a choice of which voice you find more appealing.
