I have another question. Can you please tell me that paraliminals are still effective if we listen to them with double speed for example i have increase the speed of the tape of 22 min and now its 10 minutes although i still get the message... or to fully immerse into it we have to listen to it in its original length because with doubled speed i sometimes cant fully relaxed but also the paraliminals are to address to the other than conscious mind... I am confused.
You'd be the one to know if it works for you. Though in my experience anything that suggest impatience or need to rush is less effective than when you take your time for it. Taking the time it takes is usually a gift to oneself and says, I am worth this and it's important to me.
