Hi everyone,
Am wondering what are the kinds of goals you guys are setting b4 listening to this paraliminal? Would it help if I set specific goals before listening to it? (just like any other paraliminal?)

Listen to the themes, or ideas in the paraliminal content and expand the idea to meet your personal situation.

For instance, to "feel safe in the world", "loved unconditionally", self-acceptance, making others feel good, opening up to others, "peeling off the layers of pretense", "bliss" etc, then combine into a personally meaningful goal, eg. to feel totally safe with 'person's name', or to accept yourself in a certain area of life, or to feel blissful with your mate.

There are other themes in the other sessions too, like releasing, well-being, energy, peace, and self-growth, which you can use as goals.

Read the insert. Paul asks some questions that help you to set the goals for your listening.

For me personally Paul's questions in the manual were very limiting in what I felt to be the greater capability of the Euphoria Paraliminal.
