I'm curious to know why the coaching session recommendations were not included in the updated Paraliminal Accelerator course.

The original Paraliminal Accelerator I purchased had a Coaching CD recommendation on many of the daily pages. For example, Day 2: New History Generator-A, including the following recommendation: "Coaching Session: Listen to Coaching CD1, Tracks 1-4"

These Coaching Session recommendations are not included in the updated Paraliminal Accelerator (the version with Phases 1 & 2). Does that mean that the coaching sessions are no longer relevant? No longer align with the daily sequence of paraliminals? Other?

The course has only been updated to take advantage of the newer Paraliminals and allow you to use them. The course has not been re-created. The coaching sessions in the course are still valid for those Paraliminals. Listen to them before listening to the Paraliminal. Listening to the available coaching sessions give you insights how to use Paraliminals. Listen to the coaching sessions you have. Once you've listened to them it's not necessary to listen again unless it's been a while or you're keen to review the course.
