I own several paraliminals, as well as the Holosync system from Centerpointe Institute. My question is whether I can listen to my daily Holosync tracks after listening to a paraliminal session?

Hi Pinto!

A lot of people use Holosync along with paraliminals. As with any other alternative modality, we recommend waiting 20 minutes to a half hour between listening sessions. You want to give the changes instigated by the first session time to settle in before starting to work with the second one.
