Topic is in the wrong category I think. If you have the Paraliminals since you posted here, the Beliefs one can be very helpful

Are you doing all the steps of the system like previewing and activating or just the Photoreading step? Do you set a clear purpose for the book you are Photoreading?
When doing the Photoreading step the more relaxed you are the better.
Approach Photoreading with a playful mindset and be open to be positively suprised
