Hello Everyone,

In regards to the feeling exercise, is the objective to focus on your emotional feelings or whatever is present at the time?
When I scan my body, the predominate feeling is more on the physical side. I can feel the energy, nothing yet in terms of emotions. I tend to be cerebral... working to get out of this.

I figure there is no right or wrong on this, but just wanted to ask.

Whatever is present, emotions or physical. Go after those physical feelings, they talk to you more than you realise.
