I have done two paraliminals so far, the prelude and cd3. I find a zone in and out. I'm not really sleepy when I set out to do them, but it is night. Do they still work, it I "slip off".

In a word Yes. The conscious mind gets bored with the Paraliminals so it turns off and lets the non-conscious mind handle it.
