qn for everyone:
How do I use the feeling exercise and enquiry exercise to see whether my goals are really my own goals? (and not goals that other people tell me I should have, or trance goals which I falsely belief i should manifest)
Are there other ways to verify for myself (from AFL course or other courses) that my goals are really what I want?
(Incidentally, I have done Clear Mind, Bright Future course- which really did help in goal-setting).

Hi Curious1
Only you can decide if its for you or not, how does it feel living that life? Go with your feelings.
Heres a thought for you to play around with.
Do you normally let other people tell you what to do? let alone tell you the way you should live your life?
Why would you set yourself a false goal? is there such a thing as a false goal? Goals are just as they are untill you labeled it, a false one at that... You focus on whether it is someone elses or a false one, that goal will ultimately become that.. Focus on what you do want and not what you don't want..
Have fun

I'd use the Inquiry Process. Make sure you do it with pen and paper. Copy the form in the manual for this. Once you answered all the questions on the form you take each one in turn and ask the 4 questions. You'll quickly find out what you're really after with your goal.

Thanks liuaki_F for your contribution. Yes, I do need to focus in on what I want, and listen to my feelings. Have been doing that a lot more lately, especially with the feeling exercise.
Thanks Alex, for your reply. I'm not sure how to use the Inquiry Facilitation Worksheet on my goals though. (Have only been using it on people I have issues with).
How exactly do I do that?
eg. qn 1) I am angry at (what exactly) because (of having this goal)? Seems weird.
How do I apply the Inquiry worksheet qns to goals I have set?
