BESIDES this one, of course?
I've been getting into personal development blogs, and currently I would have to say that this one:

http://zenhabits.net/

is my favourite. BESIDES LearningStrategies.com , of course.

Heaps of good stuff on both.

Steve's site is great, lots of good info there. Good forum too. Did you know that his site is the BIGGEST personal development web site in the universe? It is. On the internets, Steve Pavlina is bigger than Tony Robbins. (which is incidentally another site I visit frequently, for the forum.)

I also visit this one quite often, it's great for those who do the Sedona Method:

This site is not one you go visit all the time, but I like the tool and have started using it myself:

A new and interesting blogspot blog about the efficacy of self help tools:

http://www.emofree.com they got a good helpful EFT forum

http://www.transparentcorp.com the site for the neuroprogrammer, they also have a pretty good forum.

http://www.xtrememind.com they also have an interesting forum, but its pretty out there, they're into radionics and alien lizards and stuff like that, but they also have some cool cd's

I visit http://www.xtrememind.com/phpbb/index.php once in a while to read about the last crazy self improvement products.

I also visit The Secret forum and read posts.

Not a member of any of them, but they're entertaining to read.
I love the www.xtrememind.com forum. These guys are not afraid to explore almost everything to do with psionics, manifestation and the psy.
Steve Pavlina's forum is very cool. I also can't resist popping into the xtrememind forum every now and then. Love their stuff.
