Hello! I recently started reading and listening to a book/CD combo by hypnotist Paul McKenna called 'Instant Confidence - The Power To Go For Anything You Want'.

You may not have heard of it yet, because it was released in the UK and I think international versions are not yet widely available, but I do recommend it wholeheartedly. If you want to read more about it check out the reviews on Amazon UK.
