I've heard about the Einsteinian deep thought experiments and how they might be the cause of Einstein's genius. However I never was able to find any information as to what these experiments actually were or how they were done.
Anyone who knows anything about these thought experiments please respond.

Take a look at the book _The Einstein Factor_ by Win Wenger.

These deep thought "exercises" are a way to develop your sub-conscious mind into communicating more effectively with your conscious mind.
I would like to take this opportunity to describe in words how to identify
sub-conscious thought. Most of us subvocalize when we read..which means that we mentally sound out each word in our heads. Try reading by not pronouncing each word...scan the text as you would in speed or photoreading.
Sub-conscious thought occurs as a drift in thought wave...it just appears automatically..out of the blue. It is where intellect and logic override emotion..it is tied into self discipline and its usuage is based on cultivation via reading and deep thought exercises as described in the book the EINSTEIN FACTOR BY WENGER AND POE.
