Do anyone knows anyhting about the dangers of the Kundalini energy?

I heard some scary stuff on http://www.kundalini-info.org/engkni_1024.html

Shr33m,

You really do have an amazing wealth of experience in these matters.

Please tell me, what, in your opinion, is the most important daily practice you do? Is there one in particular you would recommend to me?

Stephen

Ok.

All I see is a smiley face with the "oh my god" look on it's face and then another message saying. "Are you serious?"

Put the content back in, Shr33m. I want to know what you've said.

Either that or email me at babayada@bellsouth.net.

Actually the best spiritual meditation practice is the simplest one yet very challenging for beginners. This is the Self-Inquiry Method of Advaita Vedanta popularized by Sri Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj who achieved enlightenment after months of daily practice. It stands alone and doesn't require anything else which is very cost-effective in terms of time and resources.

A detailed description can be found at http://www.realization.org/page/topics/self_inquiry.htm

After Reading all the Stuff and Visiting to the sites of ''Kundalini'' I found the stuff not much useful --- but -- frightening !!!

Such stories can be found many books of Indian Yogis just to maintain their ''GURU SCAM INDUSTRIES'' These industries still running Religion on this Plannet. Stories and Visions on the site was real but nothing more than their images, false & true beleiveings, combining the mirror of their own expectations. THE details mentioned at site is nothing to do with the Realities and Real Discoveries! and can't be applied to other individuals.

Would be greateful if some one thru light on awakening, enlighteneing, or their experiences of Meditation.
