Is there anyone knows the the difference between Learning Strategies Photo Reading Technique and ZOX's mental photography?

Hard to say, I've not found any feedback. I was denied the opportunity to do the course. What I did see of it has left me disappointed. It seems some people think they are learning the PhotoReading system in that course. From what I saw of the course it cannot be compared.

ZOX calls their program as mental photography rather than photo reading. Their approach is wider application to mind capability than just photo reading. Having said that their mental photography technique does not go beyond self suggestions focusing on seeing every word clearly and recalling anything needed. I am also a bit confused with their publications in the web. They are in business since 1970s and Richard Welch is greeted as the inventor of Mental Photography but their presence in web world is so limited and kind of out of date.
