A question. I usually activate the stuff I photoread in the next 24 hours.
When I have to activate stuff that I have photoread more than 24 hours before, I usually photoread it again.

the question is: is there a need to do like that? How long the photoread stuff is avaible in the other the conscious mind before I can activate it?

As far as I understand, you don't have to photoread again if activating the next day or indeed, over the next few days. Why don't you try activating without photoreading and see if you notice a difference?

No need to PhotoRead again. Once PhotoRead it's PhotoRead. PhotoReading more than once is recommended when you are studying something new. The subject is new or when you are having difficulty understanding or activating.

You can activate a book years after PhotoReading it again. Since PhotoReading only takes a couple of minutes you may do it as part of your activation. Once it has incubated PhotoReading then activating works well when studying.
