Dear all,

do you have any recommendations on music? whats best to listen to while doing the photoreading step? and whats best for activating? we were listening to some classical music during the seminar but i dont know the exact songs.

Thanks for your help.

I recommend you do without music and just PhotoRead.

Nature sounds are otherwise ideal. And if you must have music consider baroque style.

By nature sounds, do you mean an audio of a waterfall for instance? And is it still better without that type of music and why?
Thanks.

Nature sounds, bird call, waterfall, waves etc, They are naturally relaxing and reduce subvocalisation.

Since we cannot always control our environment, like office where conversations are happening, telephones ringing. Printer and photocopiers adding sound effects. Wearing headphones may not be permissible and you still have to read. If you apply all the steps (Prepare being important here) then you will be able to focus without music.

If you habitually set yourself up with music, you'll make excuses why you cannot get that reading done in the 10 to 15 minutes you have available in that moment.

By not having music anchors you can learn to relax into reading.

I don't mind listening to music while I'm reading (non-vocal). The music then is secondary. If it's not available, no matter. Use the steps of the system for better focus.
