Can I get trigger words from the table of contents? I find myself super reading books from first chapter to last - is that bad? So if I want to learn a language using photoreading I read the course or dictionary once everyday for a month? I can listen to lectures, language courses audios etc. quickly through photolistening but can remember them if I go into the photo focus state? Can I direct learn martial arts? Thank you.

Waste of time in my opinion. You're better off perusing the book for word. The TOC is useful for deciding where you want to start activating.

If you "superread" from first chapter to last you are at best using the optional Rapid Reading activation. You won't improve your activation skills of superreading and dipping or skittering. It also suggest your purpose is lacking.

I wouldn't limit PhotoReading to just a month. PhotoRead as many books as you can in the language you wish to learn.

Be wary of only using "photolistening" it will affect your pronunciation.

Can you direct learn martial arts? -- try it and see.

I am also learning a foreign language (Italian) using PhotoReading. However, instead of "photolistening", I am playing a language audio at night while I sleep with the volume set low enough so that I can hear the voice but not so loud that it affects my sleep. I haven't done much of that yet, but I have already noticed that when listening to someone speaking Italian, it is easier to understand.

Immersion is one of the best ways to learn a language.
