Simple questions - for mind mapping - are we supposed to do it by memory or open book?
Also, if I’m mind mapping a textbook - how much detail may I go into and does anyone have an example of that?
I’ve tried mind mapping chapters but I seem to spend a long time going to detail

Also, once I have my mind map - how should my review schedule be and should it be by rereading the map or trying to reproduce it

Thank you,
Mikey

Also, should I physically write down the questions in my post view or just make a mental note of them

Mikey,
Greetings!
Ideally mind map by memory, not using the book. Keep details to a minimum on a mind map. The goal is to have a little information trigger more detailed information when reviewing.
Mind Mapping each chapter is okay. Just reduce the details.
You can add to your mind map after Rapid Reading, or, after each Super Read & Dip or Skittering session if you choose to do multiple passes with these strategies.
Use your mind map as a study tool.
Yes to writing down the questions in your postview.
All the best!
Patrick
