When establishing the softgaze; should your eyes be at the top of the page focussing on the center or Start with your gaze at the center of the book........!?
Ali, when you are learning to get into the PhotoFocus state, or soft gaze; the book recomends you start by directing your focus beyond the book... in order to aid you in better focusing it suggests looking at the top of the page. However once you reach the soft gaze, your eyes should be centered on the middle of the book. Don't forget to "widen" your vision and to keep the state.
