What are the best methods of getting into meditation? I find it hard to stop itching and scratching my head during sessions. This makes it hard to proceed with the lesson with full attention ( Like Paul asks).

A really powerful tool for meditation is called Holosync. The web page for it is at www.centerpointe.com

Holosync is also endorsed by Pete Bissonette. Holosync is a series of tapes that will put your mind into a meditative state. A tape that is really good for PhotoReading is call Quietude. Quietude will increase the alpha waves that are necessary for PhotoReading.

I think the introductory set of tapes is about $200 but it is well worth the price.

When you scratch your head KNOW that you're doing it and it won't interfere with the meditation. Separate thoughts from awarenesses by watching yourself. Not scratching your head if you need to is worse than just doing it.

If the phone rings while I'm PRing I just mention that in the mantra. "See the page, hear the phone..." Believe me, nothing can screw up meditation as long as you use it.
